Where are your products manufactured?
Every Gramin Roots pickle is handmade entirely in India by women artisans from rural India. We do not use any overseas manufacturing, imported ingredients, or third-party factory production. Our products are made in small batches using locally sourced raw ingredients, whole spices, and 100% pure kachi ghani mustard oil, following generations-old traditional recipes.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is your return policy?
We want every customer to be completely happy with their Gramin Roots purchase. We offer a replacement or full refund if:
- Your jar arrives damaged, broken, or leaking
- The seal is broken upon delivery
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
- You received the wrong product
